Practical support is community care!
This is my first full-length column to be printed in a magazine and I’m honored that it could be about something as critical as practical support.
Practical support, the logistical aspects of getting patients across the threshold of an abortion clinic, has never been more important since Roe was overturned. Getting to feature the work of Apriary, Carly Manes, and Elevated, who are all doing critical work around abortion access was such a dream.
