We were right about Brett Kavanaugh
My first piece for the Jewish Journal is live! It’s on the fact that we were 1000% correct about Brett Kavanaugh on the eve of a critical Supreme Court decision that will overturn the protections we won in Roe v Wade. Susan Collins (R-ME) famously justified her vote to confirm Blech Kavanaugh by claiming he understands precedent set by the Court, IE he would not overturn Roe or any other pro-abortion ruling the Court had set.
Yet here we are, awaiting the decision of June Medical Services v Russo, about a Louisiana TRAP law–an IDENTICAL case that we won in 2016 with Whole Woman’s Health v Texas. We are about to lose our ability to access abortion clinics. Give my article a full read here:
