I am an Ambassador of Information with Plan C Pills and am a trainer with Women Help Women/SASS. I have spent the last four years as an activism in the abortion movement.

I also wrote my undergraduate thesis on the abortion rights movement in the US! I’ve consulted on novels, interviews, and papers. Areas of expertise include:

Only you know what’s best for you. But sometimes, it helps to talk through your options with a neutral party. As a trained Pregnancy Options Counselor, I am available to hold space for anyone that is considering abortion, adoption, or parenting. Whether it be by listening, helping with values clarification, or another exercise, I act as as a support for pregnant people with respect and without bias or judgment. I am also able to connect you with resources for any of the above choices.

I am a trained Ambassador of Information with Plan C and was trained by Susan Yanow of SASS/Women Help Women. mental health first aid

I am Mental Health First Aid certified through the National Council for Behavioral Health. MHFA is a course that teaches a person how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps to identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses. I offer these services during protests, rallies, marches, and other social justice gatherings.
